Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original unopened condition within 7 working days of delivery, please contact us at vacit@ie.multivac.com.
If the order is incorrect due to an error on MULTIVACs part we will arrange collection, if you have ordered the wrong items or change your mind you will need to return the goods at your expense, occasionally we will ask you to retain or dispose of the goods if it makes more economic sense. Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will raise a refund to your credit card or method of payment less a 15% restocking fee.
If you want to cancel an order contact us on vacit@ie.multivac.com, we will attempt to cancel the order if the order has not been dispatched.
